Viventium is a transformative, cloud-based payroll and human resources (HR) solution for small to midsize businesses. Key features include payroll, HR, talent acquisition, ACA tracking, business intelligence, and time and attendance. A mobile Employee Self Service (ESS) app is also available for iOS and Android devices.
Viventium enables users to track employees via the integrated HRIS system – including data on employment, payroll and HR capabilities – and to add notes and upload documents into each profile. Users can then provide employees with essential information, such as employee policy handbooks. Employees can request paid time off using the ESS app, which managers can then approve or decline. Users can run a mock HR audit modeled after the official DOL audit to ensure all regulations are being followed. The payroll solution allows users to preview payroll before submitting and create custom reports using a variety of visualization options.
Viventium also allows users to create a custom HR action plan, run a strategic HR needs gap analysis, develop and research HR policy, develop organizational charts, run analyses of any data within the system to develop customized reports, develop new hire packets and survey employees.
