Video interviewing

VidCruiter offers two video interviewing options: pre-recorded (asynchronous) and live (real-time) web interviews. In pre-recorded online interviews, applicants record their responses to set questions; there’s no need to arrange a set time to meet. On the other hand, in live video interviews, hiring teams meet with job applicants face-to-face virtually at a mutually convenient time.


Once users add a hiring process into VidCruiter, the software allows them to automate it to their level of comfort.
