Managers can view the schedule of every employee at work and select any employee to see schedules side by side. With the Vagaro mobile app, the calendar can be viewed in landscape mode to manage multiple employees simultaneously.

The software enables users to reschedule an appointment with a simple drag and drop on any device and automates repeated bookings.

Customer tracking

Vagaro’s customer tracking feature keeps the client’s detailed information, including preferences and allergies. Users can upload images, videos, PDFs, and digital waivers to the customer’s profile directly from the calendar screen. Customer files can also be linked to a specific appointment.

With this feature, users can look up anything from contact information, previous services or products purchased, notes, and gift certificates.

Notifications
