UberConference is a cloud-based conferencing system designed for businesses of all sizes to help combine messaging, audio, and video. The platform enables users to join meetings instantly without the use of a PIN, as well as allowing users to share their screen. The business plan comes with a minimal price to gain access to all the features that make the platform a scalable solution for business requirements. UberConference is adaptable for both small and large business, and the call integration offered with Google further enhances portable communication. Although the platform does not have its own cloud storage, it can easily be integrated with Dropbox and similar cloud storage platforms.

Users can both share and annotate documents with solutions like Google Drive, DropBox, and EverNote. With the integration of Google Hangouts and Google Drive, users can also annotate documents on the go.

Users can lock the conference to prevent other people from joining, and the leadership tools allow users to mute and even eject participants from conferences. Conferences call also be recorded and archived for later review.
