Purchase orders are customizable and can be exported to PDF.
The system assists buyers to choose items from integrated supplier catalogs, create and deliver RDQs, use reserve auctions to attract new suppliers to the mix, and select the best bid. Requisitions can be made whether there is an approval or not. The integrated electronic signature functionality speeds up approvals and purchases. The supplier management area allows suppliers to update price lists, define payment terms, tax codes and invoice prefixes. Suppliers can bid for RFQs and can view purchase order details and create invoices, which can be sent in .pdf file format to buyers via email.
