Users can also generate, scan, and print unlimited barcode and QR code labels and utilize barcodes to check items in and out.

Item photos

Sortly further enhances inventory by offering the ability to add photos from the desktop or mobile app to accelerate identifying items. Users can add up to eight images to their entries to create a visual inventory and check appearance and condition details.


With Sortly, admins can set up date-based reminders to alert the team of important dates related to items, such as expiry dates, item return dates, or maintenance schedules.
