Founded in 2011 with a single product, Snapforce now offers multiple applications including Snapforce CRM, Snapforce Call Center, and Snapforce Virtual Phone System. Snapforce CRM software is usually described as being one of the only salesforce alternative that is economically priced. In fact, Snapforce pricing is well under the general market, with 3 different editions in the range of $25 to $60 per user per month. They do not lock you into annual contracts, nor do they require large up front setup fees.
Snapforce originally made a name for itself in 2014 when they were the first CRM to offer out of the box Telephony Integration. Actually going a step past that, the Snapforce CRM product encompasses an entire Virtual Phone System. The amazing part is that this is built right into the foundation of the software; allowing the system to easily capture and track all phone calls and log them automatically to the customer records.
With automatic activity logging, managers can easily run valuable reports on all aspects of their employees day. Everything from total calls made per agent, total call duration per agent, total missed calls, total voicemails, etc. Snapforce also included voicemail to email, call recording, IVR, auto attendants, call queues, built in e-fax, electronic document signing, and more.
