SmartServ works best for a company of 3 to 50 users. It consists of a web version that is accessible from the office, and iPad and Android app versions accessible by technicians on the field. Cloud-based technology ensures instant and seamless data transfer. Furthermore, technicians can use media notes to escalate work problems and collaborate with other technicians, no matter where they may be. The mobile application allows input while offline and will sync with the server once a connection is restored. SmartServ also enables technicians to collect payments on the field after the job through credit card scanning.

SmartServ includes marketing services, which lets users find contacts and nurture business relationships. SmartServ Marketing services allow the user to run various targeted marketing campaigns like email campaigns, advertisement campaigns, local SEO, and website development.
