Founded in 1989 in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, AMTECH Computer Services Inc. specializes in service management software solutions and offers a suite of mobile field service applications specifically designed for the service industry. SERVTRAC field service management software includes a rich array of capabilities aimed at automating and simplifying day-to-day tasks common in the service industry, including dispatching and scheduling, order processing, contract and warranty management, inventory, purchase ordering and product service modules. SERVTRAC can also generate reports and analyze data, and information can be integrated with other programs. This field service management solution is built on Microsoft’s .NET platform.
SERVTRAC has two editions: a standard edition aimed at small and mid-sized businesses, and an enterprise edition, geared toward the needs of larger companies that deliver on-site services on a national or international level. Both editions are available as Software as a Service (SaaS) models or a licensed version can be run in-house. The SERVTRAC Mobile module, employable on PDAs, mobile phones, laptops and tablet computers, allows for enhanced communication between field service technicians and their home offices, as well as customers. A web portal option for SERVTRAC is also an integrated part of this software management software suite, and can be configured to accommodate and communicate with customers, technicians, sales staff, vendors, and company partners.
