SalesNOW is a cloud-based platform that touts itself as a “robust, easy to use, and affordable” CRM solution. As mentioned above, the application is designed for maximum performance on a mobile device, offering applications designed specifically for use on a BlackBerry, Android, or iPhone. However, SalesNOW can also be used on other devices such as laptops and desktops via web browser. Other product features include contact management, company tracking, lead management, analytics dashboards, and sales forecasting. The solution offers a 30 day free trial, and will then charge you $19.95 per user, per month after your trial has expired. There are no long-term contracts, so if you are unhappy with their service, cancelling your subscription is very simple. If you decide to purchase SalesNOW, they do make an effort to simplify employee adoption of their product by offering free online web demos of their software, as well as training webinars.
