SalesJunction’s CRM suite is entirely cloud-based and can be accessed from any web-connected device. In addition, they have a native iOS application that replicates almost the entire functionality of their online dashboard. The web interface allows users to view and download reports on sales funnel progress, case backlogs, sales team performance, and territory production numbers. Companies can further customize their dashboards in order to display industry specific information. Team collaboration features include goal monitoring, scheduled reminders for tasks, and automated workflows. For issues, or IT problems, SalesJunction has both a dedicated call line and an online ticket system, allowing flexible support options. Records of user actions inside SalesJunction, along with completed tasks or closed sales, can be downloaded at any time for further analysis. A central admin control system allows enterprise companies to easily control data backup, payments, and general settings.
SalesJunction is used by companies of all sizes, including Master Lock, StayBridge Suites, and iContracts, among others. StayBridge Suites, for example, implemented their CRM solution in order to better track customer relations, and has now expanded it to their entire support staff. It allows them to view updates in real-time, and easily track team member performance across multiple variables.
