RindleProduct Overview
Rindle product overview
Rindle is a task and project management automation application for businesses. Rindle adapts to your internal processes and workflows, empowering everyone to work the way they like while keeping all teams on the same page. The software integrates with popular tools (Slack, Google Drive, Dropbox, & more) to streamline communication and not disrupt existing workflows. Automations allow you to schedule recurring tasks, and mirrors allow tasks to live in multiple projects and sync in real-time.
Pros of Rindle
The clean, simple design makes it easy for teams to adapt and use it. It syncs with the software you’re already using such as Slack and Dropbox.
Cons of Rindle
Rindle does not currently offer resource management or analytics.
Breakdown of core features
Workflow Automations
Streamline repetitive tasks and reduce bottleneck. Any user can create “if/then” statements to make tasks appear on their boards and bring processes to the team workflow. With Automations you can create rules that trigger predefined actions when a certain action is taken on a board or task.
Mirrors
Rindle has the ability to have a task exist on more than one board at the same time. Instead of treating boards like a closed eco-system, Rindle boards are more like playlists in iTunes. One song can live in more than one playlist, each in a different position within the playlist. You can do the same for tasks in Rindle–an exact mirror of a task in multiple locations.
Board Templates
Applying a board template to a new board allows you to easily bring in a set of lists and tasks with pre-specified due dates, sub tasks, automations, and other information. Rindle lets you kick-off the same project or workflow many times.
