Rchilli offers a number of standalone recruitment software tools, including a robust resume parsing program, a social profile search, and a semantic search tool that helps organize structured and unstructured data so you can identify ideal matches for your open positions with keywords, core skills, competencies, and more. When you combine all three offerings (at a reduced price versus adopting each one separately), Rchilli calls it their CV Automation platform. It’s important to note that none of these are standalone software programs — they are back-end APIs, and as such, must be used with a pre-existing user interface (usually a core HR software system)
Beginning with the parser, CV Automation loads all your resumes and organizes them into usable fields, such as contact, education, skills, experience, etc. While the resumes are being parsed, the social profile search links relevant social profiles with the database entry, automatically matching relevant social media pages to the appropriate resume. Once all your resumes are parsed and matched with their corresponding social profiles, the semantic search function helps you find resumes by job, or jobs by resume, matching the proper candidate with the proper position, in either direction.
