Point of Sale

With Rain’s cloud-based point of sale system, your inventory will automatically sync everywhere, including online and in-store. The POS system includes customer relationship management (CRM) and allows you to access your important customer data, like purchase history, email address, and even reward points. The system also tracks service and repair orders. Customers are automatically notified via text messaging when their repair/service is completed.


Send customers automated marketing emails periodically, like for new arrivals, top sellers, and sales. Send automated coupons and offers for things like birthdays and special offers, and alert customers to class or service reminders.  Filter and target email marketing and offers as needed. Their marketing software can also be used to encourage social reviews on sites like Google+ and Facebook.


By integrating POS with your website, your online inventory is updated automatically every time an in-store purchase is made, and vice versa. Rain facilitates secure checkout online with Worldpay, PayPal, or Authorize.net. Rain hosts your online store through their responsive website platform, which means they’re mobile-friendly, making it easy for consumers to view and shop your website. Use one of their templates to set up your store and include widgets like email sign-up, website analytics, and FAQs.
