About Prophet CRM
Founded in 2002 in Washington State, Avidian Technologies provides an intuitive CRM solution that integrates seamlessly with Outlook to minimize the need to switch between CRM programs and email. Over 15,000 companies of all sizes around the world employ Avidian Technology’s Prophet CRM to help them manage their customer relationships.
There are three different versions of Prophet: Premium, meant for individual users, Enterprise, meant for a team, and Ultimate, for multi-department companies. All three versions offer basic CRM functionality: creating and managing contacts in Outlook, managing sales in Outlook, customized reporting, automated workflow, automated follow ups, a quote generator, and mail merge. Enterprise and Ultimate are available as both an on-premise app and on the cloud, while Premium is just available as a cloud program. Enterprise and Ultimate come with training services, advanced user permissions, the ability to organize companies in a parent-child structure, and the ability to assign contact records to account representatives. The Ultimate package provides different templates for application across different departments, allows for an unlimited number of departments to use the program, and sends instant email reminders to users when there are changes made to entries in the system.
