Customer relationship management (CRM) and client communication
Plannit provides a customer database with a complete history of communications, jobs, and visits. Users can see past quotes, jobs, invoices, communications, and full billing history associated with each customer. Users can also redirect all customer requests and communications into a single platform, including chatbot inquiries from websites, phone calls, text messages, emails, and Facebook messages. The application comes with a customizable chatbot that can be added to a website and provide quick answers to prospects, filter inquiries, and pre-qualify leads.
Plannit has automated notifications, a customer satisfaction survey, and a Client Hub where clients can view and pay invoices and view order history. The app’s smart filters allow users to create targeted follow-ups and renew contracts. Its lead management lets users tag clients as prospects and add keywords to help manage follow-up. Plannit’s mobile app enables users to search, sort, and filter their customer database. Users can create customized lists for follow-ups or targeted communications.
Operation management
The app lets users drag and drop agendas, coordinate schedules, and assign tasks to technicians. Users can schedule recurring visits, plan days by route, and track time and expenses. Plannit has a team notice board and an in-app employee chat. Users can create optimized recurring routes and view the location of teams in real time using GPS tracking.
Plannit allows users to add or change the order of planned visits on demand and automatically record each visit. Users can also attach files and photos as well as job forms and sign-off from the app. Job status can be viewed using Plannit.
Business administration
With Plannit, users can create quotes, send them out, and get them approved. Invoices can be created upon job completion. Unpaid invoices can be tracked and payment reminders can be sent. The application enables users to sort, filter, and create reports for customers, invoices, quotes, jobs, and visits.
