PieSync is a cloud-based Digital Asset Management solution that automatically syncs customer contacts two-way between apps. No matter who entered the data, users have access to the most up-to-date customer information from anywhere there is a connection.
PieSync syncs all company contacts bi-directionally, across cloud apps, to ensure customer data is entered only once and is delivered to users in real time. All data flows through advanced authentication methods like Oauth and data is encrypted. Features allow users to change the sync direction, create filters to manage subsets of contacts, sync deletions or unsubscribes, and select one app to be the central database. The sync can also be paused at any time.
Team members can access the database remotely and can make edits and changes to customer contacts in real-time. Administrators select team member control between viewing and editing. Customizable filters within the PieSync platform allow for users to search across various integrations. Users select at least two apps to sync. Pie Sync integrates with Google Contacts, Office 365, Shopify, Emma, Odoo and more.
