PeopleStrategy offers a suite of technology products that is an end-to-end HR solution. It simplifies all processes related to recruiting and hiring, payroll and payroll taxes, benefits administration, time and attendance, compliance, reporting, and more.

Talent Acquisition (Recruiting and ATS)

PeopleStrategy enables a single sign‐on for all applicant activities, online applications, and one-click job posting to hundreds of job sites through Job Target. Users can create job requisitions, job descriptions, candidate process steps, and filter, eliminate, and rank candidates. It also allows users to easily view all applicants and associated documents for each requisition.


PeopleStrategy offers automated onboarding with I-9 management and E-Verify, a searchable employee directory and organizational chart based on reporting relationships and a communications portal for important news and announcements. Users have access to training and certification tracking, and configurable workflows and notifications. Both employees and managers have secure self-service capabilities and consistent user experience across any device including smartphones, tablets, laptops, and computers.


PeopleStrategy provides a payroll dashboard containing payroll status, stats, and access to standard reports for each payroll. It contains a payroll processing “wizard” to guide users through creating, reviewing and finalizing payroll. An interactive Pay Grid enables on-the-fly editing or addition of payroll transactions with immediate recalculation of gross pay along with interactive error handling. Text or email message alerts can be set to notify users when payroll has been completed. Employees can set up an unlimited number of direct deposit accounts to manage net pay. Other payroll features include automatic calculation of retro and prorated pay and a geocoding function that automatically generates recommended tax enrollments when there is a change to an employee’s home or work location.

Benefits Administration

PeopleStrategy allows for easy setup of plans, coverage and eligibility rules, and simplified online open enrollment. Employees can view current plans, coverage options, and beneficiaries through Employee Self-Service. Provided is support for an unlimited number of benefits plans and coverage options, automatic routing of benefits information to carriers, and automated notice and routing for standard life event changes such as Marital Status, Birth/Adoption or Spouse or Dependent Coverage Changes.
