Paperless Proposal is a cloud-based, enterprise-level proposal management sales solution that offers users the ability to create custom proposals. Users can create proposals, templates, price quotes, and eBrochures in one centralized library repository, and pull and push information directly into proposals or eBrochures from preferred CRM.
Managers know where the proposal is in the lifecycle process with unsent, sent, viewed, signed, and downloaded proposals updated automatically based on prospect actions. They can also track how clients and prospect interact with the proposals. Real-time analytics and notifications help users stay connected and engaged in the process. Track to see if it was shared with, or forwarded to, a decision maker or competitor.
Software features include office files, video, templates, pricing tools, CRM integration, and eSignature approval. The dashboard interface includes charts with filtering capabilities, we have introduced trending reports, as well as recently accessed, viewed, and created dashboards to get you into the proposal you want faster. Users have access to search box, advance filtering, and bulk actions to assit in managing proposals. Receive notifications on time-sensitive proposals, and managers can assign user-permission restrictions on specific files. The user interface’s single-screen layout comes with intuitive tools to streamline review process. Users maneuver through document with quick links, navigation panel, drag and drop capabilities, and due dates and notifications.
Paperless Proposal integrates with Microsoft tools, such as PowerPoint and Word, and document managements capabilities supporting merge document tools. Old versions are saved throughout proposal review, and users can track where changes are being made throughout the process.
