Nifty started as a side project in 2016 but transitioned into a full product company after a successful soft launch on ProductHunt. It was a highly-ranked project management solution on the site and was recognized as an upcoming all-in-one project management and collaboration solution for its intuition and ease of use.

Nifty offers a truly collaborative experience that allows companies to consolidate their departments into a single space. It provides tools for communication and project collaboration while leaving open the option to invite guests to projects as outside collaborators. It is flexible for workflows of all kinds and scalable to offer meaningful project and portfolio insights across the entire organization. Nifty makes managing projects, deadlines, and team workloads simple. It also offers 2-way integration with Google Docs, Sheets, and Presentations.

Accessibility for team members and project guests can be found on desktop, web, and mobile. The project management software also supports international keyboards for users all around the globe.

Milestones

Milestones provide real-time automation of in-progress, completed, and overdue status based on the completion of tied tasks. Set bulk task dependencies by blocking all tasks in a milestone until the other tasks of a milestone are completed.

Tasks

Nifty’s Kanban-style tasks enable you to flexibly organize, collaborate, and prioritize work while easily managing feedback and deadlines in an agile way. Detail View provides context to your tasks by tying them to your milestones. By completing these tasks, your milestone progress will automate your project status.

Docs

Create collaborative documents with team members and store them with your projects. Choose between a Nifty Doc or a Google Doc, Spreadsheet, or Presentation, which syncs with your Google Drive. Launch a document from a project discussion to immediately invite and involve everyone in the project. Team members can also post a comment on specific document sections, share feedback, and get instant answers in one place without having to go through long emails and messaging threads.

Discussions

Discussions enable real-time collaboration among project members to share ideas, collect feedback, and take meaningful decisions. Access and share files from your computer, Dropbox, or Google Drive to bring every project-related document and files together.
