Import, create and manage internal and external sales content in a single library. Set user and group permissions to ensure reps see what’s relevant to them. Updates sync automatically so only the most current version is in use. AI-powered search and tagging allow sellers to find the right content with automatic tagging. Search includes the text in PDFs and the metadata on every media asset. Tags can be filtered to give reps a customized view of relevant content in a few clicks.

Interactive Selling

Virtual product tours allow reps to engage buyers in a deep dive about the features that matter for their specific situation. Create interactive tours with PDFs, images, videos, and more. Modus Web Bundles also help you easily create assessments and ROI or TCO calculators that support the value of your sales messaging. Sellers help buyers explore the payoffs and then send the outcomes via PDF to help buyers decide. Reps can also send emails, during meetings or right after, with links pulling the latest version of the content. Reps are notified when buyers click and view content so they can respond in real-time based on interest.

Microlearning

Just-in-time learning allows reps to learn on-demand when the need for information arises. Whether to develop a skill, get certified on a new product, master sales conversational topics, or keep pace with market trends. Courses with bite-sized videos get reps up to speed—across regions and conversant with new messaging and customer value. Quizzes confirm knowledge transfer or point to gaps.
