Melio is a simple bill-pay solution tailored to accountants, bookkeepers, and their small business clients. It allows organizations to manage all clients’ payments from a single dashboard with one log-in for all client accounts.
Melio enables accounting teams to pay any business bill for free via bank transfer or credit card. With this software, businesses can set up a payment approval workflow, add users, and manage roles and permissions in a few clicks. Users can also save time with Melio’s two-way sync with QuickBooks.

- Melio provides several payment options: Bank transfers (ACH), debit cards, and credit cards. Bank transfers are free. Vendors receive either a check or bank transfer, and the software takes care of sending the check. Additionally, vendors do not need to have a Melio account to receive payments.
