Based in Miami, Florida, Kreateck International produces KreaPOS point of sale software solutions. These serve industries that are different from one another, for example, as restaurants and accounting offices. Kreateck has been in business now for nearly 20 years, and it stays on top of current events and recent developments in the industries it serves.
KreaPOS point of sale software includes retail software solutions. These are available in a number of applications. KreaPOS Retail Lite is designed to be a point of sale solution for small businesses or those that are just starting out. The Retail Professional line serves small and mid-sized businesses that have multiple locations, each including multiple terminals. KreaPOS Retail Enterprise caters to the needs of medium-sized business and retail chain store franchises. An all-in-one point of sale software suite, it offers more features than the other two KreaPOS products. Functions common to all three products include sales history tracking, customer loyalty programs such as coupons and gift certificates—birthday rewards, too—employee performance information and customized invoices. Features exclusive to the Professional and Enterprise retail POS software products include licenses for multiple users and stores, end of shift cash tracking, employee work schedules and debit card processing. Technical support for Kreateck clients is available by phone during normal business hours, but the company also provides customers with a library of downloads.
