In her case study, Patricia is very specific about Karma’s customer support capabilities, “Quite frankly”, said Schneider, “the customer support blew us away. We’ve done a lot of work in the tech sector, and we were truly blown away by how supportive, responsive, understanding, and quick the support was”. Among other key features, Patricia noted the integration with Google apps to be particularly helpful, as well as the intuitiveness of Karma as a whole.
