About KarmaCRM

KarmaCRM is a small, privately held company headquartered in Ann Arbor, Michigan that aims to design be a simple and easy-to-use CRM solutions. In the company’s own words, Karma’s solution is an attempt at providing a “powerful backend system behind a clean, simple, and usable interface.”

Features offered by Karma include sales automation functionality, automatic social profile look-up for any contact, team collaboration tools, integration with software such as wufoo, formstack, and Google Apps, and even a service that keeps track of all your customers’ birthdays. Users can see any given contacts’ communications, files, tasks, and events from one view on the central dashboard. The service is split into 5 different tiers of pricing: Basic, Individual, Professional, Enterprise, and Premier. Each plan caps the amount of users and contacts at a different quantity offers a 30 day free trial. The service is month-to-month and does not require a long-term commitment. As a jumping off point, Karma also offers a free plan that includes 2 users, up to 300 contacts, 300 companies, and 10 deals.

When Patricia Schneider Associates decided that Salesforce’s solution was too gaudy and cumbersome for what they needed, they decided to give Karma a try. In her case study, Patricia is very specific about Karma’s customer support capabilities, “Quite frankly”, said Schneider, “the customer support blew us away.
