Product Quick Facts
Intivia, maker of the InSync software, has developed technology solutions for the medical industry since 1995. The InSync program is a fully integrated electronic medical record (EMR) software and practice management solution.
The InSync system is available either as a traditional, on-site installation, or with a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) design. Either solution gives medical providers the full functionality and benefits of the InSync program, which clients have described as being simultaneously intuitive and sophisticated. The InSync system allows for a level of customization rarely seen in equivalent products; clients can match the workflow of the InSync system with the existing workflow of the office, adapting the system to meet the user’s needs instead of the other way around. In addition to matching the existing workflow, the InSync program should increase the efficiency of both providers and staff, eliminating the need for paper files entirely; custom templates, specialty-specific modules, bi-directional lab interfaces, and electronic prescribing allows the physician to spend more time caring for patients and less time managing or searching for the necessary files. Adding further value, the InSync program is supported by a dedicated team of client service professionals who are on-call 24/7, so if a client ever has a question, help is only a click or phone call away. The InSync program is also certified compliant with Meaningful Use stage 1 and stage 2 requirements.
Dr. Jitendra Lodhavia had been practicing internal medicine for over 35 years and was accustomed to the way his practice operated. After using health information management systems at a local hospital, Dr. Lodhavia decided to review 7 different vendors of EHR/EMR and practice management software that matched up with his interests. Since implementing InSync, Dr. Lodhavia feels that choosing an EMR system has been one of the best decisions he’s made for his practice. The doctor has also seen a dramatic improvement when managing chronic illnesses because of the organization of patient charts.
