HQ product overview
HQ Platform is an all-inclusive software as a service (SaaS) system designed to meet the human resource needs of small to medium-sized construction, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, production plants, factories, workshops or any business with a disbursed workforce. Manage everything from projects and schedules to time tracking and payroll processing. HQ is designed to save you time and can even give you a better idea of how your company is working by analyzing things like average clock-in time, injury reports, and more.

HQ uses the employee database and time clock functionality to flow into project management and budgeting. With these tools, project managers can have an up-to-the-moment metric on how they are performing relative to estimates and budgeting.

Breakdown of core features
Employees can clock in at job stations or from a mobile device via web or app (iOS and Android). Employees can change tasks throughout the day on the app, and this data is displayed in real-time on your platform. Project clock-in can be done as a group or individually, and clock-out allows employees to report any injuries. If they report injury, a few questions must be answered before completing the clock-out. For example, the system asks if an injury report was filled out and if the supervisor was notified. This information is then sent to the supervisor and HR.
Set up and manage projects or clients, including sub sites. Projects store contact information as well as client preferences – for service contractors, this gives you the ability to specify preferred technicians for your clients, as well as exclusion list. You can also connect to SAGE or any third party database. (Import/Export).
Schedule & Dispatch
Create and schedule work orders and tasks, and remotely assign tasks to field technicians. HQ will notify field teams when they get a new assignment, and techs can notify clients when they are on their way and even include real-time tracking. Document attachments allow you to attach schematics, drawings, manuals or any other documents that your field tech might need for the intervention. Once a work order is complete, clients sign to close it. No changes can be made once the client signs.
