Individuals can build a native iOS or Android app and interactive web page in simple steps with the Guidebook CMS and manage content from wherever they are.

Businesses can use interactive maps, surveys, live polls, social feeds, and push notifications to create buzz and increase engagement. The software’s Interact feature provides a dynamic feed of upcoming scheduled sessions, announcements, comments, and photos from users. Users are able to generate two types of reports from the Guidebook Builder. These reports, the User engagement report and the session/list items report, export both an overview of actions taken in the guide, as well as information about individual users and the actions they took.

The User engagement report presents information to determine the most valuable users. On the other hand, the Session/list items report shows data per session and custom list items to identify users’ interests.

Branding options

Guidebook offers a full range of branding and customization options. It enables users to create a branded, standalone app or a customized Space in its container app. Additionally, it offers the Guidebook Web to complement the mobile app.
