Fountain product overview

Fountain is a cloud-based human resource (HR) management solution that helps businesses automate and manage recruitment operations of hourly workers. Fountain offers enterprise-level talent acquisition software (ATS) features like sourcing, candidate screening, automatic reminders, executive dashboards, custom workflows and onboarding. It enables candidates to fill in personal information, submit background checks, access training videos and sign agreement documents. Users can also set the solution to automatically send reminders to a candidate pool via text messaging (SMS) and email. Fountain also analyzes multiple data points via machine learning. This helps users gain information about their hires and enables them to adjust individual steps in the hiring process. The solution’s executive dashboard allows users to keep track of applicants in the pipeline and monitor different hiring metrics.
