EddyHR’s applicant tracking system allows you to post jobs and identify great talent, while the onboarding systems makes it easy to bring on new hires and get paperwork signed. Employee directory facilitates familiarity across the company and gives admins a place to track all employee information. Time and attendance and PTO tracking make keeping track of hours worked and time-off easy. EddyHR runs payroll as well.

Applicant tracking system (ATS)
EddyHR allows you to post jobs to the world’s most popular job boards in a few clicks as well as to your own customizable career page. EddyHR offers full visibility into every stage of the hiring process with a unique drag-and-drop pipeline for applicants. Click into candidates to view important details. Collaborate with team members by rating, commenting, tagging, and even adding emoji reactions to each applicant.
EddyHR’s simplified onboarding process makes the transition from candidate to new hire seamless and simple to manage. Communicate to your new hire important information like start date, starting pay, who their manager is, and what they should wear on their first day to work. You can also create customizable “New Hire Packets” that include the necessary documents your newest employee will sign. All documents can be signed electronically, can be assigned specific due dates, and you (as a company admin) will receive updates regarding your new hire’s progress. You can also assign internal team tasks to make sure the new hire has a desk, laptop, or other essentials.
EddyHR provides the core platform to manage and track all your employee data and information. With visual employee directories, you’ll be able to see and recognize your fellow employees and see what their role is. Every employee is given an employee profile, and within it, you are able to manage important information like contact and emergency contact information, job history, pay history, asset tracking, performance notes, and much more. You are also able to house all the legal and employment documents the employee has signed so as to remain compliant and organized.
If the information in your EddyHR account is accurate, such as employee’s time, time-off, and salary information, there’s no transfer of data or need to duplicate information between systems. EddyHR’s payroll solution also does quarterly taxes, sends out W2’s at the end of the year, and pairs you with a customer support rep.
