DonorSnap is integrated with QuickBooks Online, Constant Contact, and DonorSnap is all-inclusive, so every organization gets unlimited users and every feature. Pricing is based completely on the number of contacts you are tracking and starts at $39/month for up to 1,000 contacts.
DonorSnap has been in use since 2008. It was originally created for Malaika Early Learning Center, a non-profit school in Milwaukee, WI, because of a gap in the industry that prevented small to mid-sized nonprofits from accessing affordable software. DonorSnap was the solution to an industry of complicated and expensive software. Malaika’s board members were finally able to cultivate relationships from anywhere in the world according to their own schedule. Today, the enrollment at Malaika is higher than ever. They are using DonorSnap to manage everything from thank you letters and emails to online donations and fundraising dinner registrations.
