With 15 years of experience in the service business software sector, Dispatch Direct’s dispatching software has a record of meeting the dispatching needs of customers. Dispatch Direct LLC provides two dispatching software packages—one for enterprises, another for small businesses.
Dispatch Direct’s software helps you track your customers by location, by equipment at a given location, by a customer’s service history or by quotes and proposals given to that customer. Service calls can have user-defined types and departments. Service call history can be filtered and viewed by technician, customer or location. Dispatch Direct’s leading service industry software allows you to dispatch based on personnel skill sets, territory and resources on hand or on site. The service call tools make it easy to capture and analyze work performed, arrival and departure times, billable versus actual time spent on calls, and parts used. Work Order tools provide electronic signature capture and conversion of work orders to invoices in a single step. The Dispatch Board gives you scheduling abilities, user-defined color coding of dispatch screens, the ability to create separate screens for dispatching by category. The Reporting module provides all standard management reports as well as data grids with user-definable fields. Service Contract tools are included—create and track contracts, and schedule service calls. Dispatch Direct provides integration with many popular accounting packages including Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks and Peachtree.
