About The Digital Office
The Digital Office, by EON Systems, is a comprehensive suite of practice management, electronic health records, and revenue cycle management software solution. EON Systems, founded in 1988 in Bellingham, Washington, built the original product, The Practice Solution (TPS), by experimenting with different workflow options using paper in the founder’s parents’ medical practice. Once a workable solution was reached, Derek Greenwood, the founder, converted the paper system into the first version of TPS.
Each area of The Digital Office suite has a separately branded software product. The Digital Office’s practice management solution is called The Practice Solution. It is a single portal for managing billing, scheduling, and practice/workflow management. The Documentor is the charting, SOAP note, and narrative writing solution, and Document Solution is the document and imaging management sub-product. While each sub-product can be implemented individually, the integrated products make The Digital Office a comprehensive medical software solution appropriate for nearly any practice or specialty.
Since EON Systems’ humble beginnings in Washington, The Digital Office product suite has grown to be used by thousands of providers in all 50 states. It is most widely used by practices specializing in chiropractic, physical therapy, or multi-specialty offices. Live demos are available, so call to speak with a TechAdvisor today.
