Current integrations include Zendesk, Slack, Salesforce and HubSpot.
Feedback is shared in real time and the Delighted dashboard allows brands to track NPS over time. Customized filters allow users to analyze segments of customers surveyed. Companies can add unlimited team members to evaluate surveys, and teams are kept up-to-date on customer feedback through response alerts and email digests. Bose, Target and Uber have all used Delighted to collect, distribute and analyze customer feedback.
