Automation Centre, LLC was founded in 1993 and is headquartered in Tucson, Arizona. Automation Centre developed a family of business software products they collectively refer to as Tracker. In 2006 they released TrackerSuite.Net, an online suite of applications.
CustomerTracker.Net is web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for simplifying and automating customer services. It provides an online customer file system and features several tools for activity scheduling and contract management. It also has functions facilitating management of projects and help desk services through integration with other Tracker products. This web-based CRM software allows for profiling of key contacts, activity schedules and tickler lists, customer correspondence, project lists, support tickets, and more. It’s a feature-rich online CRM software solution for managing customer opportunities, giving customers a web-based portal that provides greater individualized control.
Producers Assistance Corporation (PAC) uses Tracker products. Starting with the TrackerSuite.Net, PAC was pleased with the pilot and decided to roll out all the modules to a larger group of contractors and users. Among the many benefits PAC gained with this automation, they were particularly pleased with Tracker’s dashboard features. Dassault is another Tracker customer using several Tracker applications, including their customer management tools. Accufirst uses Tracker products for CRM and project tracking.
