COMCASH serves the wholesale, retail, and restaurant sectors. COMCASH is headed by CEO Richard Stack, previously the founder and CEO of the highly successful Javelin Systems, Inc.
COMCASH’s POS system has automatic update capability for price changes and new products. The POS system can operate offline and allows product entry by scanning, manual entry of PLU via the onscreen keypad, or by searching or selecting from the onscreen menu. COMCASH’s Web Store is a solid E-commerce system that integrates with the POS system, and is the customer portal into their CRM software. The Web Store is set up and configured using the built-in Web Content Management System. COMCASH’s cloud ERP system supports orders, billing and payment processes and accounts receivable, as well as a conventional “Quote to Cash process” that supports inside sales reps. It also enforces customer credit limits throughout the whole of your system. The ERP enables you to use just one product catalog for all your companies and outlets. Managing multiple complex product types, including multi-attribute types, is straightforward with COMCASH. COMCASH can provide real-time notifications at any detail level, since the ERP logs every event in the system. Get instant, automatic notification when an employee record is updated, or when the stock of a certain item drops to a particular level. The COMCASH ERP meets your every notification need. All the components of a competent ERP are provided, including retail accounting, inventory management, and procurement management. A nice touch is the self-service employee time-management site, which is accessible to employees on their smartphones. Cashiers can even do POS cash declarations on the self-service site.
