About CenterPoint Payroll
CenterPoint Payroll by Red Wing Software is a locally-installed or cloud-based payroll software that reduces the time and money associated with payroll processing. CenterPoint Payroll can be used as a standalone payroll solution, used along with QuickBooks Accounting (integration is available), or can be used along with CenterPoint Accounting.
CenterPoint is suitable for small to mid-sized businesses in all industries. Key features include complete state and federal tax filing options, customizable reporting, unlimited companies and employees, customizable earning and deduction codes, online pay stubs, online time clock, and payroll tracking with multiple entities and general ledger.
CenterPoint users can pay employees in a variety of ways, such as different rates during the day or season, or from one job to the next. Each paycheck can have a combination of multiple piecework and hourly rates tracked to different profit centers, locations and projects.
CenterPoint Payroll enables users to import employee information from Excel or CSV files. It can also create links to employee documents such as resumes, job applications, W4 and I9 forms and employee photos. Unlimited user-definable fields can be set up for tracking any additional information.
Training and support for CenterPoint Payroll are available through Getting Started videos, in-program and online help, and unlimited support. Virtual classroom training, as well as regular classroom training are also offered by professionals with years of experience.
