Buddy Punch has built-in notifications for Administrators, Managers, and Employees. If employees request a time change or if they get punched out automatically, the system sends out email notifications. The software alerts employees when managers approve time cards or PTO.
With Buddy Punch, users can create schedules in minutes, ensuring the business is adequately covered and the staff knows exactly when to work. The solution enables streamlined employee shift scheduling, adding and saving schedule templates, and handling all employees with automated timesheets.
Employees can view their schedules anytime. Administrators can send notifications to one person or department, or to the entire staff with the click of a button.
The Geofences feature lets organizations ensure that employees only clock in and out at the correct job site. Once the manager creates a radius, employee time tracking will only begin when an employee’s location matches the designated area. If they’re not within that radius, they receive an error notification and can’t track time.
