BlueCamroo creates integrated customer relationship management (CRM), project management, and business automation software solution that is entirely cloud-based. Its software uses a different approach than typical CRM suites by organizing information not by account, but by people and organizations. The goal is to help companies better find the relationships between people and organizations, in order to keep up with an increasingly mobile and freelance workforce.
BlueCamroo’s cloud-based CRM tool, Smarter CRM, contains powerful team collaboration tools that organize team member actions and interactions into a “data stream” of updates. This helps employees easily catch up with recent developments, and keeps workgroups in synch. The Social CRM features let companies select keywords or phrases, which BlueCamroo then listens for on Twitter and Facebook. When users mention these terms, it delivers a notification (or consolidated report) to the sales team, allowing them to add the person as a lead or respond to their post immediately. Additionally, each CRM contact’s social data can be added to their profile. This lets salespeople view their public posts before making a call. Once a lead is further along the sales process, BlueCamroo can generate invoices, bill them, and create invoice reminders. Once an invoice schedule is created, BlueCamroo will follow up and can even process their online payments.
BlueCamroo was recently named a finalist in CRMIdol’s 2013 CRM awards, and noted as a “company to watch out for.” The solution has also been recommended by SmallBizCRM as one of the best all-around CRM options for modern companies.
