The Social CRM features let companies select keywords or phrases, which BlueCamroo then listens for on Twitter and Facebook. When users mention these terms, it delivers a notification (or consolidated report) to the sales team, allowing them to add the person as a lead or respond to their post immediately. Additionally, each CRM contact’s social data can be added to their profile. This lets salespeople view their public posts before making a call. Once a lead is further along the sales process, BlueCamroo can generate invoices, bill them, and create invoice reminders. Once an invoice schedule is created, BlueCamroo will follow up and can even process their online payments.
