AtTrack product overview
AtTrack is a user-friendly and straightforward time tracking app that improves the accuracy of tasks and projects evaluation. It simplifies the reporting process, increases productivity, and prevents professional burnout. When using AtTrack, users get the ultimate picture of their work routine.
AtTrack allows managers to control what is happening with the remote and office team or freelancers they work with and avoid micromanagement. As soon as an employee begins to track time, AtTrack gathers information about projects, tasks, and activities to deliver a detailed overview. The software gives everyone access to their data.
AtTrack works well for anyone working on macOS, Linux, and Windows desktops/laptops regardless of the industry.
Pros of AtTrack
- AtTrack enables users to keep a per-second record of work time in tasks and projects, determines the level of activity at the computer and the applications used, and streamlines the creation of detailed reports for work-related activities.
- It is flexible and customizable. Users can select the functionality they or the business needs.
Cons of AtTrack
- At present, AtTrack has only two full integrations with task management systems, Trello and Jira. However, other integrations will become available in the future.
- The software doesn’t offer a mobile application yet, so users cannot track their time from mobile devices. But AtTrack plans to release a mobile app soon.
Breakdown of core features
Automatic time tracking
The software allows per-second tracking of workday activities. It collects data on how much time users spent on various projects and tasks. AtTrack uses screenshots, mouse and keyboard activity measurement, and URL and used applications tracking to ensure that the timeline is correct.
Application and URL tracking
AtTrack detects which apps the user works with and sees what URLs were visited. This data gets converted into the Effectiveness Score, based on the apps and URLs marked as effective, ineffective, and neutral by the Admin. Effectiveness settings can be applied individually or used for everyone working inside one project.
Auto-naming of tasks
AtTrack eliminates any manual entries when creating a task on the go. Users need to click one button, and the system will automatically name the task after the active window.
The software offers different types of detailed reports. These reports include Time spent on projects and tasks plus costs, Timesheets, Activity report with tracked time details including idle time, manually added time, accounted work time for all users, and Application usage report with the division into effective, ineffective, and neutral.
Users can apply filters to reports to group them by projects, tasks, and user groups.
