Ordering becomes streamlined with price books, billing/invoicing capabilities, and returns RMA. Inventory problems can be assisted with inventory management, lot tracking, serial tracking, warehouse and bins management, vendor management, and purchase orders.
The US Department of Commerce uses Apilcor to manage its processes, with roughly 7,000 users on the CRM.
