Formula/Recipe management

Acu Process Manufacturing lets users define formulas based on specific units of percentage. Formulas can consist of raw materials, intermediate products, labor, overhead costs, SOP, and Instructions. CoProduct and ByProduct are maintained and costs are appropriately allocated. Formulas can be defined and improvised by allotting version numbers. Users can also revert to any previous version with a single click and restrict the visibility of the formula/recipe for IP protection.

BOM (Bill Of Material) packaging formula

The solution allows users to determine BOM for finished products or utilize it for assembling product packs. It accurately tracks the costs of finished goods and protects bottom lines. Additionally, it lets manufacturers keep track of costs and compare planned vs. actual costs to help improve the production processes.

Quality Control (QC)

The Quality Control feature is accessible from the Inventory, Production, Sales, or CRM modules of Acumatica. Acu Process Manufacturing provides options for further treatment of the items depending on the QC results. The QC module expedites the testing of raw materials and finished goods as well as of the equipment, warehouse, and facility. Manufacturers can create simple inspection checklists and complex specialized tests.

The solution simplifies conducting periodical Stability Tests too. Users can choose what should be printed on the Certificate Of Analysis. Group Test (Functional Kit Test) facility eases the production workflow. Users can update the physical properties of the items based on the test results.

Compliance

Acu Process Manufacturing’s compliance feature facilitates recording information and building regulatory reports. Businesses can keep the facility, employees, and products safe to gain trust, loyalty, and financial growth. The solution supports designing and printing labels to display supplemental information and meet FDA requirements. Safety is guaranteed by maintaining material handling and consumption (HACCP) as per FDA guidelines. SDS (Material Safety Data Sheets) related information can be secured, printed, or shared with customers. The software ensures compliance with OSHA, EPA, DoT, INCI, and CFR Part 11 guidelines. The APM team assists in generating GHS labeling, HAZMAT Bill of Lading, REACH reporting, and SARA Title III reports.
