Implementation includes data & document migration, training, and support. Full white labeling is also available. A full-featured reporting dashboard provides key performance metrics and analytics with charts & graphs. Hosting options include cloud & on-premise with access from PC, Mac, & mobile devices.
Pros of A1 Tracker
A1 Tracker offers a high degree of flexibility, allowing a business to scale and adapt to changing business needs and show only relevant features, ensuring a more user-friendly experience. Granular security and permissions allow admins to grant access to other user groups (i.e., vendors, carriers, clients, regional staff, and TPAs) who can view limited information. The system also supports complex workflow with approval processes that route across an organization to both internal and external approvers.
Cons of A1 Tracker
Administrative and back-end tools less commonly used may need some improvement, and dashboard functionality needs to be extended to allow users to build their own chart dashboards with limited software experience. However, A1 Tracker has also listed both these as features they are aware needs work and may potentially improve on in the future.
Breakdown of core features
Dashboards & Portals
Analytical chart & graph reports showing trends, patterns, and key metrics help your business understand and interpret data to drive policies and business objectives. Dashboards may source data across multiple systems. Front end and branded secure portal allow users a simple interface to request, update, upload documents, comments, or check status via your web site. Admins may control user access.
Workflow Automation
Once set, approval processes are driven by business rules, triggers, notifications, & record changes. Tasks can be assigned and sorted by priority, and notifications can alert users when a task is assigned or due.
Notifications & Templates
Email & document templates supporting structured content to generate email notifications and reminders based on key due dates. An events calendar, which include dates like audits, key dates, and peak risk dates, can also trigger alerts and reminders.
