Together, they build Social Unified Communications, automation, and infrastructure management software platforms that facilitate the use of the cloud. In fact, they hope that their communicative creations for the cloud can one day replace traditional telecommunications services.
4PSA strives to be innovative and to serve their customers effectively. No matter what they’re working on, though, they do so with the environment in mind. They note that their creations will help other companies to lessen their carbon footprints, because they will reduce their reliance on paper for faxing and printing. 4PSA’s greatest success since opening their doors in 2002 has been the creation of VoIPNow, which brings together the communication flows that businesses rely on so that they can streamline the way that their employees work. One of VoIPNow’s main features is the cloud on demand, which makes installation of VoIPNow a turnkey one; the cloud on demand includes infrastructure, software and support. This, in turn, makes it easier for users experience the ease of VoIPNow. The program’s web interface brings together all forms of communication—phone, email, blogs, etc.—under one umbrella for easy organization, answering, and sharing. That’s not all that VoIPNow offers, though. The software also provides simple steps to set up routine customer billing, automated e-mail responses, video calling, and smart queues, which make call-center transfers quicker so that staffers can be more efficient.
