360e Software product overview
360e is a cloud-based workflow software that allows small and medium-sized contractors to manage quotes, jobs, scheduling, and billing in one place. Once a customer is created in the system, users can generate and revise quotes. Once created, a quote can be converted to a job. If no quote is needed, jobs can be created outright and assigned via a scheduling tool. Workers can then use 360e to view and edit jobs, giving them access to information like supply lists, due dates, locations via a GoogleMaps integration, and tracking features for labor hours and material costs.
Designed by electrical contractors, the software is mobile-friendly and works on computers as well as tablets and smartphones on job sites. Once a job is completed, the software can generate invoices and run reports. Auto alerts can be set up based on a company’s needs, including jobs that have gone over budget or incomplete invoices.
Pros of 360e Software
360e creates a workflow management system that can be accessed by office workers and those in the field. Quotes can be easily converted into jobs. Jobs and invoices can be easily edited, as can job assignments and schedules.
Cons of 360e Software
360e does not provide a recurring work module for tracking equipment and annual service agreements.
Breakdown of core features
Quote & Job Creation
Once a user is created, new quotes can be created and revised. An accepted quote can then be turned into a job. If a job doesn’t require a quote, new jobs can also be created without one.
Jobs can be assigned with a scheduling tool. Scheduling is done with a calendar with several view options (day, week, month). Scheduling can also be organized by job or employee.
Employees can track labor and supplies on the job site via a mobile or tablet interface. Users can also run reports on a variety of metrics.
