Zoho is a sales-focused CRM, that offers great features and plenty of support options. They’re a middle-market offering, and their platform isn’t just limited to CRM – they have a suite of online business tools that can help automate a variety of company functions, and integrate with common business apps.
VTiger was the most affordable CRM of our top three and also offered the most out-of-the-box features. Though not as established in the market, VTiger is a solid choice for the budget-conscious. It also has great user-satisfaction scores, making it a contender to watch out for.
