According to a recent study by Adestra, email marketing can account for as much as 23 percent of a company’s total sales, and our own research has shown that 60 percent of U.S. adults read emails from businesses. So it’s easy to understand why thousands of brands are adopting this model.
But as the volume of email traffic increases, email service providers and readers are raising the bar for what content lands in the inbox and stays there.
