Michael O’Hara has 25+ years experience as a C-level executive, consultant and change agent whose career has spanned companies with annual revenues ranging from start-up to $7 billion. Michael has re-engineered numerous companies and started several others including focus on VC-backed technology, software, SEO, lead-generation, media, eCommerce, and financing. He has also held senior management positions including CMO for two multi-billion dollar retailers, the Pep Boys and Silo, Inc. Other roles include COO for the Princeton Packet, President/Publisher of the New York Press, and more.
As President and Managing Director of a division of EducationDynamics, he was responsible for growing revenue in 4 operating groups including graduate education, international recruitment, lead management software and research. Prior to joining TA, Michael was the COO of Leadnomics, a Philadelphia-based digital marketing and technology company.

Tom Shawver is a life-long technologist with a 10-year history of architecting business platforms and leading engineering teams in cutting-edge development concepts. He has played pivotal roles in growing businesses of all sizes, as well as designing next-gen infrastructure for brands such as Toys-R-Us and Timberland.
As CTO of TechnologyAdvice, Tom has continued his record of success by building a strong engineering team that has allowed the business’s technology to scale to new heights. The culture he’s built nurtures a passion for solving customers’ problems, as well as giving back to the open-source community with projects available on GitHub and the TADevelops Blog.
In his free time, Tom composes music in his family’s Philadelphia-area home, keeping up with his roots as a classically trained vocalist and pianist. He’s a passionate father and husband, and with a long previous career as a professional stage magician, has been known to break out card tricks during awkward silences.

Rob Bellenfant is an entrepreneur and investor specializing in IT, sales, marketing and talent development. Rob has started dozens of businesses over the last twenty years. His first business venture was at the age of 7, when he created handmade arts and crafts and sold them door-to-door. Other notable milestones for Rob include hiring his first employee at the age of 8, starting his first technology-based venture at 12, and selling his first business at the age of 18.
Today, Rob is the Chief Strategy Officer of TA and is responsible for driving overall business strategy, product and market analysis.
Rob calls Nashville, TN his home. He lives with his lovely wife and three children. In his free time, Rob enjoys golf, angel and real estate investing, traveling, coaching others about personal finance and spending time with family and friends.
