The loyalty program feature allows users to create and run a loyalty program for customers. It assists users to discover the most loyal customers and reward them with special offers, and set up reward point programs for purchase, referrals, following on social media, etc. All activity can be tracked through an easy to use app. The payments module allows for a wide variety of payment methods and allows customers multiple payment modes and split payments. Users can configure discounts and update inventory in real-time.
A comprehensive reporting feature offers over 100 reports so businesses can compare sales across multiple stores, envision consumer behavior, employee performance, inventory, expense and more. Zopper allows users to create digital purchase orders and track vendor activity. The vendor database tracks sales and inventory by supplier and keeps all vendor contact details accessible.
Zopper Retail allows businesses to establish sales targets and track individual employee performance allowing for recognition of top performing employees and identification of the ones who need support. It also allows attendance tracking, maintaining personal information, creating system IDs, and set up of specific roles for each employee.
