What do you like best about this product?

If you are a social media manager then everything you need is here: scheduling, monitoring, automated reports, automations, team features. I must have used 5 tools before. Now – just one.

What could be improved about this product?

Lots of features and there is a lot to learn 🙂 I guess it is a good thing but I hate learning.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

Frankly my first reaction was “Why is it so cheap!” For real, my budget for all the tools before was close to $500. Now it is $49.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

I manage social media for 5 clients. This is a one stop shop for everything I need – schedule, find content, send customers reports, give them apps, give them plugins, etc.

How likely would you be to recommend this software to a friend or colleague?

Deceptive Use of Free Trial Offer, Poor Customer Support and Poor Ease of Use

What do you like best about this product?

Initially, I liked the extensive reporting options. However, it was not easy to navigate and ended up being charged twice with no notice of billing, after attempting to cancel the free trial.

What could be improved about this product?

Customer service was horrible. They refused to issue a refund even after they reviewed my activity and was able to see that I only logged in a total of 2 times in August but was billed in September and October. Again, I did not receive a billing notice or a receipt. I only noticed the withdrawals after reviewing my bank statements.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

I did not find it easy to use or navigate, and when I called customer service I received a voicemail with no call back after several attempts.

What business problems are you solving? What benefits have you seen?

I no longer use the service and have been unable to obtain a refund.

How likely would you be to recommend this software to a friend or colleague?
