What do you like best about this product?

The best part of Skyward CRM is customization and territory management. With these features, we enable to improved sales process and pipeline management leads to 23% increase in conversion rates

What could be improved about this product?

They need to add contract and facility management in upcoming version.

What was your main concern about buying this software?

The main reason to go with this software is, understand feature easily and get customized solutions. We have used Salesforce, but the problem is that filter out required useful feature from used list. Here in Skyward CRM, they offer your required feature only and even can customize if any need occurred.
